AI does the repetition.
People handle the rest.

Every business that runs on paperwork and phone calls has the same problem: smart, expensive people spending the week on work that does not need them. Buying an AI tool just moves the problem — now you have to configure it, wire it into your systems, and babysit it. We do the opposite: we tailor the platform to how you already work, run it with a trained specialist you can actually call, and hand you the result. One team. One bill. Running in weeks.

Any paperwork-heavy business

Insurance, dental, legal, property, construction and more. Different trades, near-identical week.

02

Weeks to live

Built inside the systems you already run. No migration, no new platform for your team to learn.

03

A person, not a portal

Someone whose name you know is watching the work and answers when you call.

// 02

You should not have to become your own AI team.

Buying an AI tool is the easy part. Making it actually work in your business — configuring it, connecting it to your systems, and keeping it running — is a project you do not have the time or the team for.
BUY SOFTWARE

You own the setup

You buy it, then you configure it, wire it in, and own every edge case. Great demo, half-used by month two, and you are the support ticket when it breaks.

HIRE STAFF

You own the churn

More hands on the same manual work. Recruiting, training, turnover, and throughput capped at how fast one person can type.

VALOR AI

We own all of it

We tailor the platform to how your business runs, wire it into your systems, and a named specialist runs it with you. Customized, managed, and nothing left for you to maintain.

Buying AI software makes you its admin. Hiring makes you manage the churn. We do neither to you — the platform is customized to your workflow, and a real person you can call keeps it running.

What the agents do

Two things, done extremely well.
VOICE

They answer the phone

A voice agent that picks up on the first ring, at 7pm and on Saturday, books the appointment, answers what it should, and hands off to a person the moment it should not be the one talking. Every call transcribed.

DOCUMENTS

They handle the paperwork

Documents arrive the way they always do — attachments, scans, shared folders. The agents read them, pull out what matters, file them where they belong, notice what is missing, and go get it.

How it works

No rip-and-replace. No six-month rollout. Four steps, and only one is yours.
01

You talk, we listen

Twenty minutes on what a normal week looks like and where it goes sideways. No demo, no deck.

02

We build it inside your systems

The one or two workflows worth doing first, wired into the software you already use, tested against your real work.

03

We run it, with a person watching

It goes live with a specialist watching every output until you trust it. Nothing client-facing goes out unapproved.

04

We scale it

Once the first one is boring, we add the next. Your capacity grows without another job posting.

The questions you are already thinking

Is this software, or is it people?

Both, and that is the whole point. The AI handles the repetitive volume: reading documents, filling forms, making routine calls, chasing what is missing. A trained specialist watches the queue, handles the odd cases, makes the judgment calls, and picks up the phone when a person is what the situation actually needs. You get one team and one bill, not a tool plus a staffing problem.

Are you going to replace my staff?

Nobody is getting replaced. Your team did not take the job to type policy numbers into a system or leave a fourth voicemail about a records request, and that is the part we take. They keep the client relationships, the hard conversations, and the work that actually grows the place. The one thing that does change: next time somebody quits, you get a real choice about whether to backfill.

Is this just an assistant with a chatbot bolted on?

Fair question, and the honest answer is in how we get paid. A VA firm rents you hours, so nothing about their model rewards the work getting faster. We charge for the work being done, which means every task the agents can handle properly is a task nobody is billing you for. What is left is the judgment work, and that goes to a trained specialist who is yours. You are not buying hours, and your throughput is not capped by how fast one person can type.

How long before it is actually running?

Weeks. We start with one workflow that is clearly costing you time, build it inside the systems you already use, and run it alongside your team until it is right. Nothing gets ripped out and replaced. You are not migrating to a new platform.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

The work is built so a person sees it first. Anything client-facing or consequential is drafted and queued for approval rather than sent automatically, and anything the system is unsure about stops and waits instead of guessing. When something does get through, we fix the underlying workflow, not just the one output, so it stops happening.

Is our data safe?

Your data stays in your systems and in an environment dedicated to your firm. It is never pooled with another client and never used to train a public model. For practices handling protected health information we sign a Business Associate Agreement.
