How it works

You describe the problem. We handle everything after that.

There is no platform to learn, no prompts to write, and no implementation project that quietly becomes your second job. This page is the honest version of what working with us actually looks like, start to finish.

The process

Five stages, no surprises.

1. A conversation, not a demo

We spend twenty minutes on how your week actually runs and where it falls apart. You will know more about your own bottlenecks by the end of it, whether or not you hire us. We are looking for work that is repetitive, high volume, and currently done by someone too expensive to be doing it.

2. We pick one thing first

Not everything at once. We choose the workflow with the clearest payback and the least risk, scope it precisely, and tell you in plain English what we will build and what it will and will not do. If nothing clears that bar, we say so.

3. Built inside your systems

The agents are configured against the software you already run and tested on your real work before they touch anything live. Nothing is ripped out, nothing is migrated, and your team does not get a new interface to learn.

4. Live, with a person watching

It goes into production alongside your team, with a specialist reviewing outputs. Anything client-facing is drafted and queued for approval rather than sent. As trust builds, you decide how much runs without a check.

5. Then we scale it

Once the first workflow is boring and reliable, we add the next one. This is where the compounding is: each thing we automate makes the next one cheaper, because we already know your systems and your rules.

The part most people get wrong

The humans are not a fallback. They are the design.

Plenty of vendors will sell you autonomy as the goal, as though the finish line is a business with nobody in it. In the work we do, that is the wrong target. Insurance, dental, and legal work all carry consequences when something is wrong, and the last ten percent of the job is where the judgment lives.

So we build for the split deliberately. Agents take the volume, the reading, the typing, the chasing, the calls that follow a script. People take the exceptions, the angry client, the document that does not match anything, the call where the right answer is to stop and get a partner involved.

The result is a system that is fast where speed is safe and careful where care matters, and a bill that reflects one team rather than a software subscription plus a staffing agency.

Where the line sits

Agents do

  • Read and file what arrives
  • Fill in forms and systems
  • Answer routine calls and book time
  • Chase what is missing, on schedule
  • Draft the routine correspondence

People do

  • Review anything client-facing
  • Handle the case that does not fit
  • Make the call that needs a judgment
  • Talk to your team every week
  • Decide when a workflow needs rethinking

Practical questions

Before you book anything.

Do I need to change the software I already use?

No. That is a deliberate design choice. The agents work inside your existing practice management, agency management, or case management system, your email, and your file storage. If we asked you to migrate, adoption would die in week two.

Who is actually watching the work?

A named specialist assigned to your account, who learns your firm the way a good hire would. They review the queue, handle exceptions, and are the person you call. You are not filing tickets into a queue and hoping.

What do you need from us to get started?

An hour or so of your time up front to walk us through the workflow, access to the systems involved, and one person on your side who can answer questions during the build. After go-live, the ask drops to reviewing what is queued for approval.

How do you price it?

A flat monthly fee based on the scope of what we run for you, not per seat and not per message, so your bill does not punish you for growing. We quote after the first call, once we know what the work actually is.

What if we want to stop?

You can. There is no multi-year lock-in, and we would rather keep you because the work is good. Your data is yours: we export it in a standard format and help you hand it to whoever comes next. The agents and the platform they run on stay with us, the same as any software you would stop subscribing to.

Next step

Start with one workflow.

The fastest way to know whether this works for you is to pick the single most annoying recurring task in your week and let us take it. That is a twenty-minute conversation, not a project.
