Privacy policy

What we collect

Only two things, and only when you hand them over.

When you book a call or email us: your name, email address, phone number and whatever you choose to tell us about your business.

When you use the voice demo: your name, the mobile number you type in, an optional company name, your IP address and browser user-agent, and a recording-free transcript of the demo call itself. We use the IP address to work out roughly where you are and to stop the same person or network burning through the demo line, which costs us real money per call.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not run session-recording software, and we do not sell anything to anyone.

Why we collect it

To call you back when you ask us to, to answer you, to work out whether we can help, and to keep the demo from being abused. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

The vendors that run the service, and only to the extent they need to. Hosting and AI processing run on Amazon Web Services in the United States. The database is Neon. The website runs on Vercel behind Cloudflare. Demo calls are placed over Twilio. Email is sent through Resend. When you book a call, Calendly handles the scheduling. Every one of them is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us. The full list, including the ones that only apply to client work, is on our security and privacy page.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

AI processing

The demo agent runs on models hosted inside AWS Bedrock. Your conversation is not used to train those models, and it does not go to a consumer AI service.

How long we keep it

Demo call records and their transcripts: 24 months, then deleted. Enquiries and correspondence: as long as we are talking, and for 24 months afterwards. Ask us to delete any of it sooner and we will.

Your choices

Email hello@valorpro.ai and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it, and we will not make you prove you live somewhere specific first.

Cookies

The site sets one thing in your browser: your light or dark theme preference. It never leaves your device. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Children

This is a business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes, and how to reach us

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where it affects you, tell you directly. Questions go to hello@valorpro.ai.
