For law firms

The matter is not the hard part. Everything around it is.

The enquiry that went unanswered until Monday, and the client who called twice for a status update. The work that costs a firm clients is almost entirely administrative, which makes it exactly the work an agent should own instead of an attorney at 8pm.

The week you actually have

Sound familiar?

  • A prospect called twice, got voicemail, and signed with whoever picked up
  • Intake taken on a call, then retyped into the system later
  • Chasing a client for the same document for the fourth time
  • Records requested, re-requested, then chased, then organised by hand
  • Clients ringing to ask what is happening with their matter
  • Deadlines living in a system only one person truly understands
  • The file is not complete and nobody notices until it matters
  • Partners doing all of the above at 9pm, at several hundred an hour

What we take off your plate

The agents you would start with.

Agent 01

Intake Agent

Answers new enquiries the moment they arrive, day or night, and captures the details properly, so the caller is handled instead of trying the next firm on the list. It gathers the intake; the conflict screen below runs before anyone opens a matter. Speed to first response is most of the game in intake.

Agent 02

Conflicts Agent

Runs every new party against your existing matters automatically and surfaces anything close for an attorney to look at. It stops being the step people skip when they are busy. It is a screen, not a clearance: it searches what is in your system, and the conflict determination stays with an attorney.

Agent 03

Document Agent

Holds the list of what a complete file looks like, asks for what is missing on a schedule, recognises it when it arrives, files it properly, and tells you what is still open. For document-heavy work this is the single biggest thing it takes off a small firm.

Agent 04

Update Agent

Sends clients the status update they would otherwise ring for, on whatever cadence you set, drafted for you to approve. Satisfaction goes up and interruptions go down at the same time.

Agent 05

Deadline Agent

Keeps dates, follow-ups and recurring obligations visible in one place rather than in one person's calendar, and raises them before they are urgent. It sits on top of your docket rather than replacing it — your calendaring system stays the system of record.

The human

Your specialist

A trained person reviewing every client-facing draft before it leaves and handling the calls that need judgment. Documents, letters and email we draft are queued for that person to approve before they send. The two exceptions are deliberate: the voice agent speaks to callers live, and scheduled reminders go out on rules you set. Both are transcribed and logged for you.

Why it holds up

Built around the fact that mistakes here are expensive.

Legal work has a low tolerance for a confident wrong answer, so we do not build systems that produce one. Anything that reaches a client is drafted and queued for a person to approve. The agents gather, organize, chase, and prepare. Attorneys and staff decide.

We also do not let the agents give legal advice, ever, to anyone. They capture, they organize, they follow up, and they hand off. That boundary is built in rather than left to a prompt.

Client confidentiality is handled the way you would expect. Your matters live in an environment dedicated to your firm, never pooled with another firm, and never used to train a public model. The specialist reviewing your work is assigned to your firm through Valor Pro Assist, our operating partner for the human side of the service, and works under a confidentiality agreement with access you grant and can revoke. Full detail, including every vendor in the chain, is on our security and privacy page.

Straight answers

Questions we get from law firms.

Will this give legal advice to my clients?

No, and that is a hard boundary rather than a setting. The agents capture information, organize documents, chase what is outstanding, and send updates you have approved. Anything that calls for judgment goes to your team.

What practice areas does this suit?

It works best where the volume of administrative follow-up is high: family law, personal injury, estate planning, immigration, and anything with a heavy document-collection phase. If your paralegals spend their week chasing paper, it fits.

How does it handle confidentiality?

Your data lives in an environment dedicated to your firm, encrypted, never pooled with another client, and never used to train a public model. Access is controlled the same way you would control an employee's.

Do we have to change case management systems?

No. We build against what you already use. Changing case management is a painful project on its own and we are not going to make it a prerequisite for getting your intake answered.

We are three attorneys. Is this for firms our size?

That is squarely who this is for. Large firms have staff for this. Small firms have partners doing it at night, which is the most expensive possible way to chase a medical record.

Next step

How fast does your firm answer a new enquiry?

If the honest answer is "it depends who is at their desk," that is worth twenty minutes. We will show you what changes when the answer becomes "immediately, every time."
